Origin of "Dust"
Dust fund
"He comes from the crowd, like a grain of dust, tiny, tiny, not to be found, but everywhere. He thinks he's small, but he's great. It's not a person's name. It's the conscience of a city. —— In 2006, the Chinese award-giving phrase "micro-dust" was formed and nurtured in the process of Qingdao Red Cross Society launching donations from the whole society: at first, it was an ordinary citizen of Qingdao who donated several times without leaving his name, then it spread into a caring group, and then it expanded into a caring symbol.
